Amazon Recommendations
Creating Brain Break Kits, setting up goal setting routines, and creating calm learning environments requires finding the right materials. On this page we share some of the things we use and reference in our training and coaching. You can also find similar products at Dollar Tree and other stores near you.
Brain Break Materials
These materials can be used in Brain Break Kits (chapter 8 in the PAWsitive Choices Curriculum). Many of these products also have the option to order the same materials in a lesser quantity.

Goal Setting Materials
These materials can be used to create “Learning Tool Kits” that we describe in our workshops and webinars. Place goal setting forms and problem solving reflections in page protectors and use dry erase markers to reuse the goal setting forms. Storing these resources in binders or folders can keep the materials organized.
Calm Classrooms
A calm learning environment can lead to better focus and reduced stress. Materials like these can help you integrate calming decor into your learning space. For artificial plants and trees, we recommend IKEA products. For inexpensive neutral baskets and furniture, thrift stores can be a great place to look.
